Welcome! Empowering the World through the Lens of Data Analytics
“Without Data, you’re just another person with opinion.” – W. Edwards Deming
As someone who truly believes that the Customer is King, I have a deep passion for all aspects of Data Analytics, but Customer Analytics really steals the show for me! This interest was sparked even more during a recent trip to Disneyland, where I was enchanted by their customer-centric approach. From cheerful cast members who greeted guests with a smile to the way they referred to everyone as “my friend,” it was clear that creating a positive experience is a top priority for them.
Inspired by this, I embarked on a project that dives into customer feedback from various Disneyland branches. The aim? To conduct sentiment analysis on a dataset of reviews, with a special focus on the not-so-happy comments. Using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, I processed the data and extracted meaningful insights, particularly from negative reviews
Key tasks of this project included data preprocessing, feature engineering, and word frequency analysis. I even employed Named Entity Recognition (NER) to pinpoint important entities mentioned in the reviews. The goal was to provide Disneyland management with actionable insights that could help enhance the customer experience by tackling recurring issues.
By zeroing in on frequent negative words and key entities, my analysis revealed crucial areas where Disneyland could elevate its services, ensuring that every visit is magical for every guest. After all, who wouldn’t want to sprinkle a little more joy into the happiest place on Earth?

Amazon Fine Food Review Analysis
Sentiment analysis on these reviews and Developed a recommendation system that enhances the shopping experience by suggesting products based on user preferences.

The Titanic
Developed a predictive model by analyzing Titanic data to assist insurance companies in estimating maximum mortality rates during disasters by accurately predicting the number of survivors.

SMS Spam Detection
PyTorch Adaptation to utilize the SMS Spam Collection Dataset for detecting spam messages, detailing the dataset selection, necessary modifications, challenges faced, and the viability of the final model for deployment.

Writing Test
This project explores using machine learning to predict students’ handwriting accuracy to assess motor skill development, comparing KNN and neural network models for effectiveness.
Fraud Detection

Implemented a Random Forest model to detect fraudulent credit card transactions, achieving high accuracy (99.95%) and precision (100%). Utilized data preprocessing, performance metrics analysis, and confusion matrix visualization to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
While I’m deeply passionate about delving into data and drawing insights from it, there’s a particular aspect of Data Analytics that truly ignites my creativity: Data Visualization. It’s where the artist in me comes alive, merging analytical precision with vibrant, colorful designs to craft insightful dashboards. I find immense joy in transforming complex datasets into visually engaging representations that not only convey information but also inspire curiosity and understanding. Through captivating visualizations, I strive to breathe life into data, making it accessible and meaningful to everyone.
If your company uses Power BI or any other Data Visualizations, you’re missing out by not having me on your team. I have a passion for creating insightful dashboards that provide deep analysis into product sales, revenue operations, and more. My expertise lies in leveraging tools like Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to build dashboards that cater to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are accessible and impactful for everyone.
The dashboards I create focus on descriptive analysis, offering valuable insights to product and marketing teams.
